Monday, Wednesday and Friday during July and August

Walking & Hiking

- Visit the Discovery Centre is Woody Point to explore the scientific, geology and environment of the Park.
- Tour Memorial University's Biology Station, a marine research and teaching facility in Norris Point
- Gros Morne Adventures provides visitors with a unique way to experience the marine environment - sea kayak outings on Bonne Bay.
- Tour Jenniex House in Norris Point, a 70-year-old Newfoundland home, a photographers paradise lookout captures spectacular view of
Bonne Bay and the Tablelands.
Winter
- Over 50 km of groomed cross-country ski trails and back country skiing. Ski rentals are available through Gros Morne National Park
- Gros Morne Adventures provides fully outfitted, guided back country ski adventures and ski clinics.
- Ocean View Motel offer affordable X-Country Ski packages.
- For alpine and snowboard enthusiasts, Marble Mountain is only 100 km away.
- Rocky Harbour has an arena complex. It plays host to hockey camps and tournaments. Figure skating is also available
- Snowmobile trails are abundant on the Northern Peninsula. The Ocean View Motel would be happy to arrange guide for you.
Swimming
- Gros Morne Co-Operating Association has a beautiful indoor facility complete with a leisure pool for children and a hot tub.
